Q = 2πkL(T1 – T2) / ln(r2/r1)
Where:
- Q = Heat transfer rate
- k = Thermal conductivity
- L = Length (for cylindrical only)
- T1, T2 = Inner and outer temperatures
- r1, r2 = Inner and outer radii
